The Research Management System (RMS) of Saint Michael College of Caraga (SMCC) serves as an integrated digital platform designed to streamline, monitor, and manage all stages of the student research process—from research title hearing to proposal defense and final manuscript submission. Its primary purpose is to ensure efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the conduct of institutional research activities while fostering a culture of academic integrity and excellence.

Through the RMS, students can conveniently submit their research manuscripts for each major phase of their academic research journey. The system facilitates structured submission workflows for the Research Title Hearing, Research Proposal Defense, and Final Defense, ensuring that all required documents, approvals, and feedback are properly recorded and systematically organized. This minimizes manual errors, reduces administrative workload, and enables real-time monitoring of research progress by both students and faculty advisers.
